Collaborative Robot Training Kit
Robot Automation Training Kit
The Collaborative Robot Training Kit is a hands-on platform for learning collaborative robot programming and industrial automation. The system combines robot tools, part feeding, conveyor handling, machine tending, fastening, and operator controls into one integrated training environment.
Training Capabilities
Learn how to program a collaborative robot for different tasks, positions, and sequences.
Practice picking, moving, and placing parts using different robot tools.
Learn how robots load and unload parts from a machine as part of an automated production cycle.
Practice using different end-of-arm tools and integrate screw feeding and fastening into robotic workflows.

What's Included

Indy7 Pro
A 6-axis collaborative robot with an integrated 2D camera. Can be programed for material handling, machine tending, assembly, and other industrial tasks.

Machine Tending System
Includes a machine door and part shuttle, allowing users to learn how a robot loads and unloads parts while coordinating its movements with surrounding equipment.

Conveyor System
Moves parts from the feeding system to the robot’s work area, allowing users to practice automated part transfer and pick-and-place sequences.

Feeding System
Automatically feeds parts from a magazine into the conveyor system, allowing users to practice automated part feeding and robot pick-and-place applications.

Pallets
Provide dedicated locations for parts during pick-and-place tasks. Users can practice moving parts between the pallets and machines for different workflows.

Storage
Provides a designated area for storing parts for the machine, conveyor system, and pallets.

Gripper Tool
The gripper allows the robot to mechnically pick up and move parts. It is ideal for learning basic pick-and-place and material-handling applications.

Suction Cup Tool
Uses vacuum pressure to grip parts by their surface. Students can use this tool for pick-and-place tasks and compare vacuum handling with mechanical gripping.

Bolting Tool
Allows users to develop robotic fastening and assembly applications. Users can practice coordinating robot movement with fastening operations.

Screw Feeder
Automatically supplies screws for assembly applications. Combined with the robot and bolting tool, it allows users to practice a complete automated fastening process.

Mounting Fixture
Provides a fixed location for practicing screw fastening, allowing the robot to pick up screws from the feeder and fasten them into the fixture.
Build Complete Automation Sequences
With the Robot Automation Training Kit, users can combine multiple modules to create complete automation workflows.
Example Workflow
Feed Parts
The feeding system supplies parts to the conveyor.
Move Parts
The conveyor transports parts to the robot's working area.
Pick & Place
The Indy7 Pro picks up the part using the gripper tool.
Machine Tending
The robot loads the part into the machine and retrieves it after processing.
Palletizing
The robot places the finished part onto the pallet for storage or transfer.
